Michael Beutler joined Kering as the Director of Sustainability Operations in September 2011. Prior to Kering, Michael served 6 years at SAP in Senior Management positions including his last role as Global Director of Sustainability and Strategy for 3 years, and has worked at international corporations DHL, PWC and Ford over the last 20 years.
During his tenure at Kering, Michael has been integral to operationalizing Kering’s comprehensive sustainability strategy. He oversees and manages a team to implement cross-cutting innovative approaches to help manage and reduce the environmental impacts from Kering’s Houses and address social concerns in the supply-chain. This includes being responsible for implementing the brand’s individual Environmental Profit & Loss Accounts (EP&L) which is then consolidated as a Group EP&L annually, and as a core part of the EP&L methodology development which was open-sourced in May of 2015. His team has been instrumental in embedding sustainability across all of the Group's Houses and making it a key part of their business activities, as well as for being recognized by external rating agencies and publications for Kering’s sustainability program excellence.
Alexis Bonhomme is Vice President Greater China and Asia Pacific at Farfetch, responsible for the company’s commercial growth in the region.
Prior to Farfetch, Alexis joined the joint venture between Groupon and Tencent in 2011 where he acted as General Manager in charge of Premium brands, handling brands cooperation among Groupon China 40+ cities. Moving in 2013 to an entrepreneurial journey, Alexis founded CuriosityChina, helping luxury brands to reach and manage their Chinese customers via integrated marketing and Social CRM/Commerce solutions. Alexis established a business of 100 talents, that served as a bridge between high level digital services and technology, working with over hundred international brands from Fashion, lifestyle, Watches & Jewelry and retail industries.
Following the acquisition of CuriosityChina by Farfetch in 2018, Alexis is now leading Farfetch growth efforts in the China and Apac region and the expansion of Farfetch facing the global Chinese luxury consumer. Alexis is based in Shanghai.
Wendy Chan, SVP Digital, LVMH Asia Pacific, is currently based in Shanghai, managing the Asia digital transformation and strategy team for the LVMH Group. She joined LVMH in 2003 as the Regional Media Director for Asia Pacific and then moved to L Catterton Asia (Private Equity of LVMH) in Singapore subsequently. She has started the LVMH Digital Asia department in April 2017. Graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Hawaii, Wendy started her career in media and advertising in various agencies in Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Xiaolei led Fabernovel’s China-centric publications including Chinese Overseas Residents, Chinese Generation Z, and WeChat, the Shape of Connected China.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Divia Harilela has worked in the lifestyle and fashion media for over 20 years. Most recently she served as the fashion editor for Hong Kong's leading English language newspaper, The South China Morning Post, where she remains a contributing editor. She also writes for a range of high-profile publications and websites including Business of Fashion, Vogue China, Howtospendit.com and Departures, among many others. A leading authority on fashion in Asia, she has been quoted in The Times of London and The International Herald Tribune, and has appeared on CNN International. In 2011 she founded her own consultancy, The D’Vine Ltd, offering services such as moderating, public speaking, content creation and strategy.
Bruno Lannes is a senior partner in Bain & Company's Shanghai office.
In over 20 years of strategy consulting experience, especially in Consumer Goods and Retail industries, he led numerous projects across FMCG in food, personal care and beverage sectors, as well as in food and non food retailing, on various topics such as growth strategy, M&A and post-merger integration, sales & distribution optimization and brand strategy. He initiated and is leading Bain’s annual China Shopper Report and China Luxury Market Study which is a reference in the industry.
Mr. Lannes is the author of a book on management excellence, which describes the key success factors of 10 large French corporations. He has published numerous articles on China consumer product, retail and luxury topics in key business media such as Harvard Business Review China, Wall Street Journal Asia, BusinessWeek, Forbes China, South China Morning Post. He is a frequent speaker at high-level business summits.
Mr. Lannes is a recipient of Shanghai Magnolia Silver Award which is presented annually, by the Shanghai Municipal Government, to expatriates who have significantly contributed to Shanghai's economic and social development.
Mr. Lannes earned an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School, and is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.

Yvon is Partner & Managing Director of Clever Age Asia. He joined Clever Age in 2014 when he started Clever Age Asia, which began with Hong Kong, and then expanded to Singapore, Vietnam and Shanghai. Clever Age was founded 20 years ago in France as a leading full digital services agency covering the entire digital chain. Moreover, Clever Age has a presence across Europe, Asia and North America.
With 23 years in Asia, Yvon has worked in Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the Greater China region, which has enabled him to gain a broad understanding of the complexity of the Asian digital ecosystem.
Yvon graduated from CY TECH Engineering school with a Masters Degree in Computer Science, complemented with a dual Kellogg-HKUST EMBA from Kellogg School of Management (US) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Hong Kong).

Sophie Leconte is the Executive Director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong. She first joined the Chamber as Head of Members Services in June 2017 before taking on her current role in 2018.

In a career focused on Asia for more than thirty years, Mr Phillips first moved to Hong Kong in 1989 holding senior investment banking positions with Deutsche and BZW/Barclays Capital before co-founding a Hong Kong-based group of companies providing IT, financial and consultancy services across Asia. In 2004, he joined the UK’s Department of International Trade before becoming the Chief Executive of the China Britain Business Council in 2006, as well as Chairman of the EU China Business Association.

After six years in Asia, Rambourg now lives in New York City with his wife and three children.
Rebecca is a Partner at Tiang & Partners (an independent law firm in Hong Kong that collaborates closely with PwC). She has more than 20 years of experience as lawyer in Asia in projects/infrastructure and corporate/M&A, advising in particular multinational corporations in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia on the establishment of joint ventures and cross-border M&A transactions in a wide range of sectors, including retail and luxury. Prior to joining Tiang & Partners, Rebecca was a Partner at global legal and consulting firm MinterEllison in Hong Kong. She also worked for a prior international law firm in Paris, Beijing and Hong Kong. She is qualified to practice in Hong Kong and France.
Rebecca was the former President of the French Chamber of Commerce from 2016 until 2020, and is a French Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France) since 2012.
Thibault Villet is President of APAC for Tory Burch. He joined the Company in December 2020 and oversees all aspects of the brand’s operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
An accomplished executive with extensive retail and digital experience, Mr. Villet joined Tory Burch from One in Beauty, the entity combining the Revlon and Arden brands, where he served as Asia President and spearheaded the digital transformation of the brand in the region. Before that, he was Chairman and Co-Founder of Mei.com, a leading Chinese luxury and fashion flash sales retailer that was acquired by Alibaba in July 2015. Earlier in his career, he was the first Greater China President at Coach and Vice President of the Luxury Products Division for the L’Oreal Group in Japan and in China.

Mr. Frederic Jean-Marie Winckler is Melco Resorts & Entertainment’s Executive Vice President and Chief Creative and Brand Officer. He joined the Company in January 2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Brand Officer. Mr. Winckler is responsible for the marketing and branding of all of the Company’s consumer brands. Prior to joining Melco, Mr. Winckler served as global chief marketing officer for Louis Vuitton based in Paris. Mr. Winckler was awarded the Luxury Marketer of the Year in 2014. Prior to Louis Vuitton, Mr. Winckler served as Chief Executive Officer of J. Walter Thompson Paris, having been with that organization for 22 years to lead its efforts in various countries for key luxury brand clients, including BMW and Rolex.
