Alexis Bonhomme

Alexis Bonhomme is Vice President Greater China and Asia Pacific at Farfetch, responsible for the company’s commercial growth in the region.

 

Prior to Farfetch, Alexis joined the joint venture between Groupon and Tencent in 2011 where he acted as General Manager in charge of Premium brands, handling brands cooperation among Groupon China 40+ cities. Moving in 2013 to an entrepreneurial journey, Alexis founded CuriosityChina, helping luxury brands to reach and manage their Chinese customers via integrated marketing and Social CRM/Commerce solutions. Alexis established a business of 100 talents, that served as a bridge between high level digital services and technology, working with over hundred international brands from Fashion, lifestyle, Watches & Jewelry and retail industries.

Following the acquisition of CuriosityChina by Farfetch in 2018, Alexis is now leading Farfetch growth efforts in the China and Apac region and the expansion of Farfetch facing the global Chinese luxury consumer. Alexis is based in Shanghai.

David Baverez

David Baverez is an investor.

 

After fifteen years spent between London and Boston, he has lived in Hong Kong for the last decade. For ten years (1995-2005), David worked for Fidelity Investments where he was in charge of various European and Global Equity funds. In 2005, he set up his own investment company, At the end of 2010, he took the contrarian step to return all funds to his investors, anticipating future European sovereign issues.  

Since then, he has settled in Hong Kong where he spends his time understanding the disruptions linked to the emergence of the « New China ».  

 

David is a regular columnist in the French newspapers L’Opinion and L’Express.  

 

He is the author of « Chine-Europe : le grand tournant » (Le Passeur, 2021), « Beijing express » (Westphalia Press, 2018) and « Generation Tonique – L’Occident est completement a l’Ouest » (Plon, 2015),  

 

David is a graduate of the HEC Business School and of the INSEAD MBA Programme.  

Doris Wu

She holds a BA (hons) in Journalism and Communication from Xiamen University and an MA (hons) degree in creative media from the City University of Hong Kong.

She has developed her passion for Eastern and Western culture and skills for elaborating impactful content, as a journalist for a TV station

Elisa Harca

Elisa Harca is a Co-Founder & Asia CEO at Red Ant Asia Ltd.

Elisa graduated with a 1st class HONS degree in Business from Aston University (Birmingham, UK), and quickly followed her entrepreneurial instincts moving to New York, and setting up a fashion events company (whilst working for the History Channel). She then moved into pure play digital marketing, holding various roles in marketing agencies such as glue London and Digitas. 

 

She joined Red Ant Group in 2010, and was initially responsible for developing the UK business prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 2012 to co-found Red Ant in Asia.  

 

From a one-person start-up, Elisa has led Red Ant Asia to its current position as one of the leading players in the region, with 30-staff based in Shanghai.

Hong Zheng

Ms. Hong Zheng PhD, Founder of GREENEXT and Adventi Communication.

 

Earned her PhD of Urban and Environmental Science at the University of Tokyo, and was lecturer and researcher at l'École des Mines de Paris with over 10 years' educational and professional experience in environmental protection. In 1995, she participated in the first edition of Sustainable Development Forum held in Switzerland as a representative of the University of Tokyo. 

She founded Adventi Communication in 2004, helping many luxury and premium brands develop marketing strategies in China. 

 

In 2020, she created GREENEXT, an integrated online and offline platform dedicated to sustainable fashion and lifestyle. 

Ivan Perra

Ivan Perra is the General Manager Asia of Moschino Asia.

 

Responsible of regional P&L and expansion. Prior to Moschino, Ivan was Senior Director APAC at Versace in charge of Travel Retail.

Being based in Asia for more than 15 years, he has started his career in retail for Kartell franchisee in Hong Kong, opening and managing the first 2 stores in the market in 2006; subsequently he moved to Lanificio F.lli Cerruti dal 1881 for a role as Regional Sales Manager (APAC and North Asia).

 

After Cerruti, Ivan took up a new challenge as Area Manager at Cote&Ciel (Parisian premium accessory brand) in charge of retail and wholesale development in the region.

 

In 2015, Ivan joined French Maison Kenzo (LVMH Group) with a Business Development role in APAC, before moving to Roberto Cavalli where he eventually reached the position of General Manager Asia.

Jasmine Zhu is the Founder and CEO of Expanter and China & I Brand Management.

 

A luxury management professional and Chinese entrepreneur with 10 years' experience spans from luxury retail, management consulting to entrepreneurship. She founded a brand management company specialized in China expansion (China & I) and a B2B digital platform start-up (Expanter). Jasmine started her career with LVMH and worked with luxury brands such as Dior, Hublot, Chopard, Mercedes-Benz, and served global clients from start-ups to SMEs in various industries. She focuses on international brand management, business expansion and digital transformation. Jasmine is a graduate of University of Sydney with a Master's degree in marketing and international business. 

Jean Liang

Jean Liang is the Managing Director China of OnTheList. 

Before starting her Luxury career journey, Jean managed a flavor & fragrance project between China and Europe, where she gained valuable B2B experience in international trade and obtained great success.  

 

In 2005 as one of the first staff of Dolce & Gabbana in China, she participated in building a solid foundation of this Italian fashion house. Since then, in the following 15 years, she has been with ShanghaiTang Richemont, Balmain and as General Manager of Alexander McQueen, Kering group.  

Her career has also witnessed the development of China's luxury industry. In 2019 Jean met Delphine and Diego, who created OnTheList, a member-only O2O flash sale platform where luxury & high-end brands offer past-season items. With the belief in China, the luxury booming market and responding to President Xi's call to give more Chinese access to luxury,  both parties have the same sense of mission for global sustainability and reduce waste on Earth. With this business DNA, Jean Liang followed this young French couple to run OnTheList China, which opened its first showroom in Shanghai in 2020 during the pandemic. Business grows in the right direction when everyone believes in the vision, now this young company will soon open their 2nd showroom in China.

As the president of ICICLE Brand of ICCF Group, She is in charge of branding and communication, fabric sourcing, R&D, merchandising, production and management of the group world widely (China and Europe region)

Julien Gaubert-Molina

Julien Gaubert-Molina is a Partner and CEO at  Ykone Asia 

Julien began his career at IBM in France and London to develop skills in operational marketing before joining Hermes in New York and Paris to support the development of Hermes.com. During this time, he gained digital skills by participating in the redesign process of purchasing Hermes. He also acquires a luxury sensitivity by coordinating shooting productions of Hermès brand sites. ​

In 2020. Julien has joined Ykone as Partner and CEO for Asia. Dedicated to luxury, premium, fashion and travel, Ykone is a global creative and tech agency with a solid influencer marketing expertise. Julien has opened 3 offices until now in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore gathering a pool of 20 digital talents.​

Luca Solca is the Senior Analyst at Bernstein.

 

Covering Global Luxury Goods. Luca re-joined Bernstein in 2019 from Exane, where he followed the European Luxury Goods sector for six years. Prior to Exane, Luca was the Director of Research at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux. Luca’s first tenure at Bernstein was as a Senior Analyst covering the European Luxury Goods and General Retail sectors from 2005 to 2011.

 

Earlier in his career, Luca served as the Executive Vice Chairman of a publicly traded, medium-sized fashion and luxury Italian conglomerate. Luca was also a partner at the Boston Consulting Group focusing on the retail and consumer goods sectors, and a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Luca holds a BSc magna cum laude in Applied Psychology from the Università di Padova and an MBA magna cum laude from the SDA Bocconi in Milan. Luca's research has been consistently recognized by industry organizations and surveys including Extel and Institutional Investor, both in his first stint at Bernstein, in which he was top-ranked in both European Luxury Goods and General Retail, and at Exane, where he was No. 1-ranked in his sector for five years. 

Marketa Ruzickova

Marketa Ruzickova is the Founder, Marketing Strategist at Behind The Brands Ltd. 

Marketa Ruzickova is a passionate luxury marketing expert with experience across Europe, the US, and China. She created a global digital marketing platform for Lasvit, a leading designer and manufacturer of lighting collections and glass installations (K11, St. Regis, or Morpheus Macau). Then, she ran dermo-cosmetics sales and marketing at L’Oréal in Czech and was CEE Regional Marketing Manager at Estée Lauder.  


For the last six years, Marketa has been living in Asia, first in Beijing and now in Hong Kong. She has opened her marketing agency and is helping Western luxury brands penetrate Asia, and local brands access Europe. She also has a strong academic background in luxury marketing from NYU and HKUST.

Nathalie Cheveau

20 years plus experience in HR field in Beauty, Fashion retail and luxury: 13 years at L’Oréal , including HRD roles in Finland, Russia and Germany.  8 years at LVMH having had transversal roles at HQ level and operational responsibilities now at regional level in Asia. Also certified coach since 2013. Passion for people development and Organisational design. On a personal side, counting among my hobbies are painting ( had an exhibition in Germany) and mountaineering / climbing.
